I had a marvelous stay at Grand Hotel Tralee! The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met. The dining experience in the Pikeman Bar was delightful, with delicious food and a warm atmosphere that encouraged laughter and connection.

Parking was a hassle.

The hotel offered a high-quality breakfast with plenty of choices, which truly kick-started our day.

The location of the Grand Hotel made it incredibly easy to access local sights, dining, and transportation. My room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a good selection of breakfast options that really hit the spot each morning. The dining area for breakfast had a great atmosphere, and I appreciated the effort from staff, especially a kind lady who took our breakfast orders with a genuine smile. However, soundproofing was a concern. I could hear street noise clearly when the windows were open, which disrupted my sleep at times. Also, on one occasion, I faced challenges getting extra amenities like water and milk. The initial response from staff was somewhat slow and confusing. Despite this, I found the staff overall friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the common areas was up to par, adding to the pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay with the kids, enjoying our time at the Aqua Dome, which was a great day out regardless of the weather. The service was excellent, especially at the Pikeman bar where the food was delicious and atmosphere lively.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering amenities like free wi-fi, a bar/lounge, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me recover my lost id card on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

Welcoming atmosphere and excellent service

Upon arrival, the hospitality was delightful and the staff made us feel right at home. Our room was new and had a lovely walk-in shower, and the bar area was cozy with friendly service during dinner. The breakfast was substantial and really kick-started our day. I would definitely have loved a lift for easier access with luggage, but overall, it was a lovely stay!
